How does this work?
A protocol flow between three parties
Merchant, CMS, and Payment Gateway coordinate over Nostr and a small HTTP API.

Merchant → CMS — Adds coupons into the Coupon Manager Service.

Merchant → Nostr — Signs an updatable event assigning the CMS — API URLs and npub.

CMS — Handles coupons and redeem status internally.

Merchant → Payment Gateway — Signs in via lightning address (payments) and NIP-05 to retrieve the npub event identifying the CMS.

Payment Gateway → CMS — Connects to the CMS from the announced API URLs.

User → Payment Gateway — Inserts the coupon at checkout.

Payment Gateway → CMS — Claims the coupon using the CMS API.
