How does this work?
A protocol flow between three parties
Merchant, Coupon Manager, and Payment Gateway coordinate over Nostr and a small HTTP API.

Merchant → Coupon Manager — Adds coupons into the Coupon Manager service.

Merchant → Nostr — Signs an updatable event assigning the manager — API URLs and npub.

Coupon Manager — Handles coupons and redeem status internally.

Merchant → Payment Gateway — Signs in via lightning address (payments) and NIP-05 to retrieve the npub event identifying the manager.

Payment Gateway → Coupon Manager — Connects to the manager from the announced API URLs.

User → Payment Gateway — Inserts the coupon at checkout.

Payment Gateway → Coupon Manager — Claims the coupon using the manager API.
